FAST Ltd Events Terms and
conditions
Payment
The course fee must be paid in full
prior to the course date, either at the time of booking or on
receipt of invoice. FAST Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate the
course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time or
within 14 days before the course date.. All transfer charges must
be paid for on receipt of the invoice. Failure to receive the
course fees in adherence with these terms means that FAST Ltd
reserves the right to request payment on the day of the course or
to cancel the booking and request payment of the fees in accordance
with its cancellation policy below.
Please note that
if the course date is within 2 weeks of booking, you will need to
pay by credit card/bacs payment
Late
Payment
In the event of late payment, FAST Ltd
reserves the right without prejudice to any other rights and
remedies it may have to charge interest on all outstanding amounts
on a daily basis from the original due date until paid in full as
well as before judgement and independent of such judgement at the
rate of 4% per annum above the base rate of Lloyds TSB Plc’s base
lending rate in force from time to time.
Cancelling
Courses
All cancellations to bookings must be
received in writing by email to events@fast-ltd.co.uk .
Cancellations must be made 28 working days prior to the start of a
course. If a booking is cancelled 15-28 working days a cancellation
fee of 50% will be payable. If the course is cancelled between
within 1-14 working days or if the delegate fails to attend the
course, the course fee must be paid in full.
Changing Delegate Details
There will be no charge if a
substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please
contact events@fast-ltd.co.uk to
change to the original booking.
Cancellation
of Courses by FAST Ltd and Changes to Course
Content
FAST Ltd’s courses are constantly
updated and improved and FAST Ltd reserves the right to alter any
of the courses’ content without prior notice. FAST Ltd reserves the
right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these
circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a
credit note or a full refund.
Intellectual
Property Rights
The intellectual property rights
subsisting in any course content or materials shall remain with
FAST Ltd or its licensors.
Course Notes
and Training
This course content contains
general information and, although FAST Ltd endeavours to ensure
that the content is accurate and up-to-date, no representation or
warranty, express or implied, is made as to its accuracy or
completeness and therefore any course content or course material
and notes should not be relied upon. Delegates should always seek
appropriate independent commercial or legal advice from a suitably
qualified person before taking, or refraining from taking, any
action. The contents of any course or any course material or notes
should not be construed as legal or other commercial or
professional advice and FAST Ltd disclaims liability for any loss,
howsoever caused, arising directly or indirectly from reliance on
the course content course materials or notes.
Please note there will be a charge of £50 + VAT for all additional
copies of course materials required.
Entire
Agreement
These terms and conditions shall
constitute the entire agreement and shall be in substitution for
all previous agreements and arrangements whether oral or written.
All such agreements and arrangements are deemed terminated by
mutual consent immediately prior to the acceptance of these terms
and conditions.
Governing Law
and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England
and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English
Courts.
