By mapping your status against the FAST methodology, you can
track your progress towards achieving compliance and identify and
prioritise key areas of risk relating to software that need to be
addressed. FAST Gap Analysis reports provide project plans specific
to your organisation.
The wide-ranging analysis reviews many key areas including: IT
policies and procedures, software procurement, storage and control,
hardware and software disposal, software audit and reconciliation
strategy.
Depending on what level of the FAST
Compliance Programme you select, the Gap Analysis can be taken
in two ways:
Online self-assessment - using our online tool
you can input the relevant data regarding your software management
practices and the system produces a compliance report.
FAST Account Manager led - a FAST advisor will
come on site and conduct the Gap Analysis for you. The results will
be reported back to you via a presentation.
